In  2005, we launched out into the Philippines with Pastors Andy and Emilie Chavez.  Andy and Emilie have been with River of Praise Church since its inception in October 2001.  They have been wonderful pastors, involved in many aspects of the ministry.  They have been born again for over twenty years and faithfully served God in all those years.  They are graduates of Rhema Bible Training Centre and were ordained in 2003 through Victory Life International (Perth).

Their Mission:

Although Andy and Emilie have lived in Australia for thirty years, they have a heart for the nation of their birth and the Lord has put in them a desire to sow His message of overcoming faith and victory to the people of the Philippines.  They believe there is a great hunger for the message of faith in the Philippine nation, as well as in neighbouring nations.

They are  now establishing a mission headquarters in Davao, in the southern Philippines. They are building a building suitable for housing needy children and orphans and also for holding educational programs and church services.  This building is expected  to  be completed  in September 2007.
